Walked from Cafe DuMonde for some gumbo and I would do it all the time! It was absolutely delicious and filling. Highly recommend coming here. Also, so many other selections to choose and all looked scrumptious! Thank you for the great treat!

I have been coming here for years...and lots of other people have been doing the same. When ordering gumbo, you can request no sausage, or no shrimp, or no chicken. How nice is that? Highly recommend. But order your po boy at the cashier. This is a change from last time.
So youre going for the gumbo first. Order a grilled cheese to go with the gumbo and then ask the lady to make you a plate. OMG! We had noodles and chicken, and fried shrimp, and some cornbread. All very, very good. Huge portions fair prices. Love this place!

Everytime I make my way to the city this where my family eat we drive from Tampabay and tge first stop in the city is broad and banks Mr Antiono has my grandmothers spirit in that gumbo we love it.
